Caring for someone with Alzheimer's or memory loss?

Do you know the symptons and signs of Alzheimers?

How do you get dementia? What is memory loss?

Over 6,000 families in Marin County care for a senior with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, forgetting or memory loss.

The Club at Senior Access is Marin's resource for memory wellness.

Founded in 1973 by two nurses from the University of California, San Francisco, responding to a growing need to support elderly care for those who prefer home care to care homes. By enabling respite for family members who care for seniors at home, such day activity programs can help the Marin community to "age in place."

Services include: brain fitness presentations and confidential memory screenings; early stage excursions; an adult day program with therapeutic exercise, art and other innovative activities; personal elder care for people living with memory loss; respite, support groups, and educational workshops for family caregivers.

All Senior Access Centers are licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services.
